Proxy System

Accessible externally, the proxy allows users to scan their QR code, edit their profile data before arrival, and track queue status in real time. All edits are locked once the ticket is processed.

System Architecture

Modular controllers handle ticketing, login/logout, queue processing, and admin logic. Custom traits ensure reusable business logic. Scheduled CRON jobs for seamless daily use.
